Virtual Tour of St.Peter’s

At 150 years old, St. Peter’s Church may be young for a Church in Kent (the oldest of which are 1500 years old). However, it is still full of history and charm and well worth a visit when you are in Folkestone. Whether you are visiting from your arm chair, or whether you are now standing outside of the Church about to pop in for a visit, this virtual tour will provide you with a visitor’s guide to our Church.

During your visit, however, please do remember that we are a living Church, not a Museum. The Sacred Host, which is the body of our Lord Jesus Christ, is reserved in the Church. As you walk around, please remember that you are in a sacred place, which is dedicated as a house of God and that you stand in His presence.
